The cost of our UK delivery is Free. We aim to despatch most orders within 1 day of received payment. Deliveries using our UK Service will take between 1 and 2 working days from the day of despatch and are sign for service. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
We have a reliable shipping service with Parcel Force and would recommend using it for the insurance and fast delivery.
We ship to Europe and Rest of World using an international signed for delivery service . When ordering to Russia please give us your business address for delivery.
Shipping costs to international destinations are charged according to the shipping address and size of order. All shipping costs must be confirmed before the order is processed. Delivery to Europe takes between 5 and 7 working days and ROW 7 to 10 days from despatch.
All orders are shipped from the UK and you may need to pay customs & import duties when ordering from outside the UK. Duties and taxes are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise on the rates as they vary according to country.
If for any reason you are not happy with the shoes, simply return them to us in saleable condition with the undamaged box and an exchange or full refund will be given less the outward postage. The shoes and box must be returned in the same saleable condition, shoes will not be accepted where there are signs of wear on the sole. We suggest trying shoes on carpet only. Please enclose your details and the order number which is to be found on your email invoice.
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit and strongly recommend that you return your goods via recorded delivery and obtain a proof of posting certificate on every occasion – these are available free of charge from the Post Office.
All international customers must pay for their goods to be returned for a refund.
Please mark clearly on the outer carton ‘UK Returned Goods’. Failure to do this may result in charges being levied, a delay in your parcel reaching us and a delay with your refund being processed.
You must write “RETURNING UNSUITABLE GOODS TO SENDER” on the customs form and parcel itself as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charges. You must ALSO tick the RETURNED GOODS box on the customs declaration documents. If this box is not ticked we will recover the costs from you or return the shoes to you.
We recommend you to use a reliable postal service or courier that will give you a tracking number and insure you for the value of the goods. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us. Refunds or replacements will be processed as soon as it arrives back with us.
