Ordering and Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payments via PayPal and major debit and credit cards. Bacs transfer* and cheques** are acceptable.

Q: What are your delivery charges?
A: The cost of our UK delivery is Free. Shipping costs to international destinations are charged according to the shipping address and size of order. All shipping costs must be confirmed before the order is processed.
Q: Can I amend my order?
A: You can amend your order any time before check-out, but once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: You can track your order on parcel force website by quoting a tracking number you will receive with your order confirmation. If you wish to be updated about your parcel status via text message, please provide us with your mobile number when filling in the order form.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: We aim to despatch most orders within 1 day of received payment. Deliveries using our UK Service will take between 1 and 2 working days from the day of despatch and are sign for service. Delivery to Europe takes between 5 and 7 working days and Rest of World 7 to 10 days from despatch.
Q:What happens if I’m out when you deliver?
A: If you’re not at home we can leave the parcel in a specific place (if you provide us with information where would you like the parcel to be left) or with a neighbour. The courier will post a card through your door telling you where your parcel has been left. If we can’t find a secure place, we’ll post a card giving you details of how to arrange a new delivery date or collect your parcel from the parcel force depot.
Returns and Refunds
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: If for any reason you are not happy with the shoes, simply return them to us in saleable condition with the undamaged box and an exchange or full refund will be given less the outward postage. Please find the returns address in Delivery & returns section. The shoes and box must be returned in the same saleable condition, shoes will not be accepted where there are signs of wear on the sole. We suggest trying shoes on carpet only. Please enclose your details and the order number which is to be found on your email invoice.
Q: How long do I have to return my items?
A: In order to receive a full refund you will need the return the items in their original condition within 28 days.

Q: Will I receive a notification when you have refunded me?
A: An email will be automatically generated when we have received your return and a refund has been processed. You can also easily check your bank statement online to find out whether you have received the refund.
Q: How long will it take for you to refund me?
A: We will process your refund once we have received your items. Please allow at least 14 days for the payment to be credited back to your account. This may take a little longer depending on how long it takes your bank/building society to process the payment.
Q: I bought a pair of shoes at their full price but the day after they went into the sale – can I get the difference refunded?
A: No. Once an item has been ordered the price is fixed and we can’t change it.
